These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between the entity operating the bk99 platform and all registered and unregistered users of this website. By using this platform, you are voluntarily accepting these terms.

3.2 KYC Verification

Withdrawals may be limited until a member's identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) is complete. The KYC process may require submission of a National ID card, passport or similar government-issued document. Once documents are verified, the account is fully activated.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on bk99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions through any other method are not accepted.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party payment method is prohibited.
• Each transaction must be completed with the correct reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000, and a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered (৳2,000 × 10) before withdrawal is possible.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• A user may benefit from a promotion only once.
• If multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method claim a bonus, the bonuses on all related accounts may be cancelled.
• bk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Winnings obtained by breaching promotional terms may be forfeited.

All betting and gaming activities on bk99 are governed by these rules. The use of any fraudulent technique, software bot or automated method by a user is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Bet Amounts and Limits

• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or event are shown in the game interface.
• bk99 reserves the right to change any bet limits, which may take effect immediately.
• If incorrect odds or game results are displayed due to a technical error, bk99 reserves the right to void those bets.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Match results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are generally refunded, though specific event terms may differ.
• If a bet is not completed during live betting due to a network issue, that bet is not counted.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Information about a game's return rate (RTP) is sourced from the game provider, but does not guarantee any future outcome.

bk99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Registering with false information or concealing identity.

• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting system or game vulnerabilities.
• Under the direction of a court, government authority or financial institution.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time. In this case, any real money remaining in the balance will be returned if the minimum withdrawal condition is met. Bonus funds are not returned.

bk99 bears no liability in the following cases:

• Any loss caused by technical errors, server outages or internet connection problems.
• Account details reaching a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses arising from gaming or betting — this is the user's own decision and risk.
• Any disruption or delay in the operations of a third-party payment service provider.

bk99 is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, government restrictions or network infrastructure failures.

The Bengali version of these Terms and Conditions is the original document. In case of any ambiguity, bk99's interpretation shall be considered final.

12.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, all remaining clauses shall remain in full effect.
